Following the investment recommendations of the 401k system would have resulted in the following monthly performance as shown in the table below.
The columns across the top indicate the different months in the year shown in the first column. At the right hand side of the table are two columns Gain and MDD.
Each cell in the table shows the monthly gain for that month (column) and year (row). Gains are shown in black and monthly losses are shown in red.
Gain shows the annual gain for the year. You can compare year to year results by scanning down this column.
MDD shows the daily Max Draw Down for the year. This indicates, on a day by day basis, how much your account value would have pulled back from an intermediate high.
The bottom row of the charts shows the average monthly gain of the system over the years shown.
